Meet our head flagger, Stephen. Stephen has been our main flagger since the beginning. When he isn't spending his weekends at the race track, you'll likely find him at work. No matter where he is, he's on the phone asking for updates on the races. He's the kind of person who will do everything he can to find a solution before ever giving up. As a former racer himself, Stephen understands the importance of creating a positive experience for every competitor, especially the youngest racers. He believes racing is learning, having fun, and building confidence. That's why you'll never see him pushing a young racer to the back row for accidentally jumping the line. He believes they're still learning and deserves the opportunity to grow. Stephen pours his heart into helping the next generation of racers succeed. We are incredibly proud to have Stephen as our head flagger and thankful for for everything he brings to the racing community.

Meet our social media coordinator LaMadeline. AKA Maddie. She has been apart of NWDT since day one and has played a key role in sharing the organization's story with the racing community. She is the creative mind behind NWDT's social media presence, designing flyers, creating event promotions, keeping racers and fans informed and ensuring the community stays connected. This year, she is also taking on the responsibility of managing the organization's website as well. When she's not creating content for NWDT, she is spending time with her greatest supporters, her family. As a proud racing mom, she lives for her children and the racing lifestyle. You'll find her at the track making memories with family and supporting the racers.

From the day we receive the keys to the fairgrounds, until the day they're returned, Ayden is there every step of the way. He's always willing to put in the hard work behind the scenes.

In addition to his dedication on the track, Ayden builds relationships with local businesses, securing equipment and machinery donations to make our track possible. His commitment, work ethic, and willingness to do whatever it takes have become an essential part of our organization. Ayden's countless hours of hard work preparing the track each year makes our races possible. We are grateful for everything he does to make NWDT a success.
